Presenting a rendition of the Security Access Tuner from Creative Assembly's 2014 video game, Alien: Isolation.
"The Security Access Tuner is a device in the Alien: Isolation video game that is used to hack the security systems of Sevastopol. The device can be used to override systems, doors and terminals by first finding the correct signal, and then completing a timed mini-game. Some systems require Data Cell upgrades before they can be hacked."
The .stl files and graphics provided are based off the in-game assets and concept art. The 3D files were modelled in Fusion 360, and were based off and scaled to match the relative proportions of low-poly meshes extracted from the game files.
The "real-world" scale of the Security Access Tuner was guesstimated from reference images. For reference, the overall dimensions of the provided .stl's when assembled come out to approx. 220mm high, by 130mm wide, by 70mm deep. The graphics are scaled to match these
