This is an adapter to let you use the Alienware R11 front panel USB and audio ports with a Cooler Master Qube 540 or other case that has a ~136m oval opening and 20mm hole grid. Cooler Master calls this system Freeform 2.0. The profile 3mf file includes a version without the ears for Cooler Master so you could use it for mounting another way on any case
