Every island from The Legend of Zelda- The Wind Waker.
All 49 of them. Plus a generic ocean tile, and a sea platform thrown in for fun.
Some were made from ripped game data (Forest Haven, Outset island, Forbidden fortress, Windfall Island) some are duplicates with small changes (fairy isles, triangle isles, the eye reefs) and the rest are designed more or less from scratch.
They're not to scale, and some are more accurate than others, but they're all there, complete with their grid assignments and a reference chart.
Some details I intentionally left out, like trees and large stones, though some of the islands I pulled form game data had those built in already. I may go back and refine some of them, I'll try to document any updates I do.
