Alligator Clip (Maker's Beginner Kit)

Small spring clips that use the springs from the Maker's Beginner Kit from Bambu Labs (ZC002). Now includes 2 versions! Version 1 has a hinge that prints in place. After printing you must very carefully flex the clip hinge back and forth until the hinge breaks free. Take your time and be gentle as these are small parts. If something breaks, just print them again. It is a very quick print and uses very little filament. These will print with the “strength” profile at a 0.2mm layer height in Bambu printers. Cycle the hinge a bunch of times and the movement will become free of resistance. Version 2 prints as two separate parts that must be assembled. Insert a small piece of raw filament through the holes to create the hinge pin. Version 2 has a smoother acting hinge and an improved socket for holding the spring in place. There is slightly more assembly required for this version and you must deal with removing supports, but in my opinion it is a better product and worth the extra work.
