Allister Mask

My son wanted to be a Pokemon character called Allister. Print solid with parts rotated so flange is face down. We created a paper-mache mask using a balloon as a form. I screwed a circle cut out of 1 inch foam board (from Home Depot) to hold shape, stand off of the face, and retain screws for elastic straps. Cut Eye & mouth holes. Paint. Fitted the plastic pieces into the holes, and glue gun in place. (Glue guns work great on PLA.) Then we stretched and taped sheer black panty hose material over the inside of the eye & mouth holes.
