Allit EuroPlus Flex Insert half-height

This is a remix of SamWhiskey's insert adding two more dividers for even smaller parts, a little handle that makes is easier to grab the box and can also be used to add labels. I also added a larger fillet on one of the inside edges to facilitate grabbing small parts.
