I wanted to have a brightly colored keychain for field work and I loved the idea of an Alterra keychain. ClockworkJules' model was the main inspiration, but after printing I found it too large to be adequate for car keys. So I made this.
Mk1 has two sides and requires supports and adhesion. Each side is distinct. (please print at 2x scale until this text is removed, the others are scaled appropriately)
Mk2 has nearly identical sides and will require supports and adhesion
Mk3 has one side and does not require any supports (please wait for the base to cool)
If you want it to have some usefulness, print it in glow in the dark filament and attach one to your keys. Keep them under your lamp for a few hours. The unnatural looking glow of most filaments will help if you lose your keys in a dark area. Different colors have different qualities (for example, green is bright, blue glows exceptionally long). If you are doing field work in the day, painting with very bright colors will be eye
