AM/PM Pill cups

I'm at the age where I have several prescriptions I take daily, plus a bunch of supplements. I take them in the AM and PM and have a big pill box, but I still forget AM or PM occasionally. So each day I take them from the pill box and put them in these cups. It just makes them easy to take and difficult to forget. They are identical, except one has external ridges, so you can tell them apart by look or feel. Each one will hold 12-20 assorted doses, or more depending on what it is.
