This is a combination of ideas from Petolone and andyhoff designs. I used the andyhoff design for quite a while but liked the idea of saving a bit of desk space by getting the LCD out from the front and moving it to the side of the printer.
The SDcard slot fits pretty closely to the SDcard on the PCB so it guides the SDcard in to the PCB reader.
For best results, I recommend printing the main LCD holder face down. All the angles should be steep enough to allow clean prints. You will require supports though for the piece that sits on top of the rail. I just restricted the supports to the hot bed only and it worked fine.
The STOP button next to the buzzer opening may be a little tight. This MUST move completely freely! I had to sand mine very slightly to keep it from rubbing. The only way it springs back is using the tiny button on the PCB. As long as it moves freely, it works great.
Press 4 M3 nuts into the back plate. The fit is intentionally tight to keep them in
