AM8 Underbed Cable Chain

I started out wanting to use the right-side chain at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745156, but there were several points of interference between it and my AM8 build (might've been a function of the right-angle brackets included with the kit I purchased). I tried tweaking the end pieces a bit before deciding to roll my own from scratch, bringing the bed cables out underneath the bed instead of next to it. As a bonus, the frame-mounted end of the chain provides a channel big enough to also carry the right-side Z-axis motor wiring to the left side of the frame. (On this path, the stock wiring needs to be neither cut nor extended.)
