UPDATE:
Please switch to v7 design. The default choice should be the "SUN v7 Ultimaker" version but additional files have been included for printers with a smaller bed.
Files should be printed WITH support but WITHOUT brim.
====================================================================
This face shield frame has been developed to allow a an A4 sized acetate (or other clear plastic) to be printed using FDM / FFF printer. Tested with PLA and enhanced PLA but should be suitable for other printing materials. Use the "brim" version of the file if bed adhesion is an issue as this adds a small, easy to remove brim in areas that may lift during printing. No brim should be used as a slicing setting as this would be difficult to remove post-printing.
We have being printing these with a 0.8mm nozzle with a 0.3 layer height on our Ultimaker S5 but please optimise for your own printer / material combination. The design is intended to print using walls rather than infill so sug
