Amazon Fire TV Remote caddy

This is a caddy for the Amazon Fire TV remote.

My kids kept losing the remote because it's small (fits between couch cushions, under the chair, etc.) and black (hard to see). I solved both problems by encasing the remote in a brick of brightly-colored plastic.

The remote fits into the caddy, and the "cap" bolts onto the front. You'll need two hex nuts that fit into the caddy, and two bolts that bolt the cap to the caddy.

This could easily be remixed with snap-fit connectors to hold the cap to the caddy and eliminate the need for nuts and bolts. Might be difficult to choose a good design that holds securely but can be manually uncoupled without breaking either part.
