This simple tool is engineered for the AMD EPYC SP3 socket, facilitating the secure removal of surface area on the IHS to reveal the bare copper surface. Employing a sander and sandpaper, this method ensures a safe and precise process, minimizing the risk of unintentional damage to the CPU.
