Amiga Keyboard USB Adapter Case

Cases for the Amiga keyboard to USB adapters from https://github.com/tkoecker/amigakb (see https://github.com/tkoecker/amigakb/tree/master/boards for the boards).

There are the cases for adapters to the following Amiga keyboards:
- A1000
- A2000 / A3000
- A4000 / CD32 / CDTV (the A4000 / CD32 and the CDTV adapters have different boards, but the same case)

The cases can be closed with the two different lids:
- one without switch
- one with a SS12F15G5 switch (to select an alternative keyboard mapping that makes the F11, and F12 keys available)
