Ammo Box for 9mm

Printed from PolyLite PC the translucent ammo box allows for quick verification of contents and separation of handloads from commercial ammunition containers. The two versions of the caps (or lids) are best printed on their sides for strength and to allow the lids to flex without breaking. The ammunition trays are reused from commercial packaging of Sellier & Bellot and/or STV Scorpio injection molded trays.

Update December 19th, 2024 - A 3D print of the ammunition tray is included, be aware that the corners and ends are delicate and break off easily; the commercial trays are still the best option for durability if you can obtain them. Ensure that all of the support material is removed and each hole in the tray is clean from loose filament, strings, burrs etc. The bullets should sit flat on the front of the case mouth on the tray, and not on the ogive of the projectile, in order to avoid potential set back during storage if there is weight on the box.
