Ammonite

This is a mold for an Ammonite (Hoplites dentatus)The mold is in two part to allow easy removal of the ammonite as there is a slight overhang. Very grateful for lorraine who scanned the original from which the mold is made. I use two cheap clamps to grip the mold together while i impress the clay. I also suggest adding a little talcum powder or corn flour to allow easy extraction.
