This thing was made with Tinkercad.
It was my first original project. It was a fun thing to learn with.
It's not perfect and needs some tweaking for perfection but it works well enough as is. I will continue to work on it as time allows.
It is quite large as this type of thing goes and is not a very efficient print. That is something I will improve as time goes. It does however fit consumer level print beds, and will not have problems like other projects in the space which will not print on smaller beds.
It was designed for the phone to face inward or outward and should fit most 6+ inch phones with a case on. Inward will give you the best sound quality.
It does not need support; you may get some "fuzzy" areas depending on your printer, but it won't affect the looks or sound output.
I printed this in PLA, low quality with 15% infill. I measured the gain between 5-10db depending on the audio type. I find it works best outside as it makes for "bigger sound"
