AMS lite Spool Adapters (WITH Chamfers)

Adapters (for Sunlu and Elegoo spools) with a chamfered inner edge to allow smoother insertion onto AMS lite. I found that many spool adapters had a sharp edge that would dig into the soft grippers on the AMS. Over time this would cause premature wear. These designs solve that issue.
