AMS Reusable Spool Container System

Introducing the AMS reusable spool container. A systematic component used in conjunction with the AMS Reuseable Honeycomb Spool (REV B) . The container inserts into the spool before assembling. The end caps can be removed or installed. Depending on the application, desiccant or weights can be added to your spool. Some great ideas for desiccant weights is lead or steel shot (BB's), batteries or whatever else is at hand. The setup inculdes installation tools to install the caps. Caps can be installed when the unit is out of the spool or mounted. Some recommendations: The AMS reusable spool container contains tight tolerances and threads. I highly recommend adding chamfers at the start of all threads with a file after your print completes. Failure to provide this relief can make the threads inoperable or damage the threads resulting in reprints. This container will fit tightly into my AMS spools.
