Many are still in use today.
The belief that armor capabilities would not keep pace with armor-piercing technology, the French built their tank with a big gun and only enough armor to protect against smaller gun and weapons. They expected the low weight to allow for a fast tank whose mobility would minimize it getting hit.

scale down to 35% in the slicer.
