(An)Ubis Bowden Adapter

A simple but effective way to use an existing ubis (or ubis derivative) with a bowden tube. I used 3m mounting tape to secure it to the extruder holder. you can easily add holes or drill them afterward if you prefer screws but i dont so theres that.
Works perfectly with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:287287. Uses an m4 nut to secure the bowden tube just like the extruder. i used a piece of u shaped wire to hold the hotend in If you have questions or problems let me know in the comments. this thing isnt perfect but it works so yeah let me know
