These analog hearing aids look great - and they really work! I wear them all the time when watching TV. Also, they are fashionable, especially when you go the extra mile and customize the headband.
They are inspired by corkymork's hearing ear shells (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:629455). I redesigned them to fit and work a little better: changed shape from a hemisphere to a paraboloid, changed the headband and mounting mechanism to hold and fit better, and, of course, added some fashion. Since I designed these I've upgraded my printer to multi-colour, so I might have to take another pass ...
In my slicer, I added a couple of little tabs at the ends of the shells to prevent them shifting during the print. Check out the included 3mf file if you have a slicer (like PrusaSlicer) that supports that.
