Anatomical Ankle Brace

MRI based ankle brace. Printed in TPU adjusts very nicely to your foot since it actually has a generic foot shape. You can scale it to you foot size. I am uploading a size 11.
It is extremely comfortable. Much better than the brace I bought in Walgreen. I added laces so it actually fits as a shoe/sock. You can still put your shoe on top of it.
To avoid using supports I split the model in two along the red lines of the last image. The top part I printed it inverted, in the position of the STL image and the bottom part I also printed it inverted (with the cut away section facing the printer bed). Then I used a heat gun to join them. I was impressed by how easy it was to join them and how strong the union was. It was almost unnoticeable as seen in the pictures.
