Anchor line spool

This is meant to be a spool to hold/retrieve anchor line that is not under tension after you have pulled in the anchor by hand and secured the line using a cleat of some sort. This system uses a cap and bungee to secure and tension the spool and will hold ~75' of 1/4" line.
