Anemometer cup wheel replacement - WGR918N

This is a design for a replacement anemometer rotor/wheel for an Oregon Scientific WGR918N anemometer unit - as supplied with quite a few home weather stations.

The original rotor (installed in 2007) finally failed (although I suspect a few of the local Cockatoos might have had something to do with it - they chew on anything)!
