Anet A6 Proximity sensor support

This is my first 3d object, so please be kind with me :P

I made few changes to the original part for the 18mm proximity sensor:
- moved the ring a bit lower because otherwise you cannot hold it firmly with the bolt
- add a T-bar on the higher fan ring to hold cables from the carrige

I still have to print it and test it.... my only concern is about the ring size that could interfere with the x-stop switch...
