Anet A8 BMG Conversion Adapter

8/8/19 Added adapter for MK3s style mount. This allows the use of the bearing covers and cable management from the Bear Extruder 0.7.0.

This plate adapts the direct drive version of Gavitka's BMG conversion extruder to the anet A8. It used the stock A8 bearing blocks and your favorite belt clamp.
