Anet AM8 damper

I didn't like the dampers that were available for the AM8 since they made the printer shake like crazy. These ones reduce the noise substantially but still manages to keep the printer on the table.
I took inspiration from smallindine's "Anet A8 vibration damping feet - new version" since I used them on the stock A8 and liked them very much.

I'm working on a better version! These tends to sag after a few weeks! Will be posting them shortly
