The Anet E10 3D printer had positioning failures in the y-axle.
The reason was a defective ball bearing.
I exchanged all ball bearings.
That was not all.
I had to exchange the guide axle also, because of grooves that had been caused by the bearing balls of the ball bearing. As the new axle is longer than the original one, I had to design new axle brackets.
Required:
M3 thread cutter
2 x M3 * 20 screws
This Anet E10 Y-Axle Brackets consists of:
- Front Bracket (2 needed)
- Rear Bracket with switch support (1 needed)
- Rear Bracket without switch support (1 needed)
- Axle extension (to fasten the axle if it is not long enough (optional))
