As i was getting very frustrated with all the clicking noises from my extruder, i designed a new part to make this a direct drive instead.

It will fit the Anet E12 with the small round wheels.

Prints with no supports at all, just lay flat on the backside.

Only thing you will need to fit this on your machine is about 500mm of new wires for your stepper motor, and then reverse the motor, by switching the wires.

The PTFE tube is 45,1mm in my setup, but your could vary a bit depending on the couplers you have on.

Printed in about 2½ hours, 60mm/s in PLA, i will print one in PETG to make it a bit stronger and more durable to heat, but for now this seems plenty strong.

Any ideas to make this even better, is very welcome :-D

Sorry for the very untidy printerspace, and bad english :-P
