***After I completed the entire assembly i realized the wing nuts for the bed contact the rib of the base brackets I am working on an updated design but for now you can simply remove that rib. I did and it showed no noticeable decrease in stability. I am also working on a piece to lower the y axis belt where it attaches to the bed ***
Choose your own print settings for desired strength and print time based on material.
The threaded parts of the Yaxis tensioner should be printed slow with .08 layer height.
If you are using a Bowden setup then just print the Y motor mount twice and place it where you would like the extruder.
You will need all of the printed parts shown in the photo, 168" 1"x1" aluminum square tube and 2-8x22x7mm ball bearings.
Aluminum frame lengths are
- Z 14-3/4" x4pcs
- Y 15-3/8" x4pcs
- X 11" x4pcs
You should only need to use the original bolts and screws and you will have extra.
