The Angelic Power rune is one of the Marks given to the Nephilim by the Angel Raziel.The Rune is typically bestowed upon a Shadowhunter at the end of his/her training through a Rune Ceremony. The ceremony is attended by the Shadowhunters' loved ones or trainers, and the rune is placed on them by a Silent Brother.
