If you design parts for 3D printing yourself, sooner or later you will have to measure angles. And sometimes the parts are designed in such a way that it is difficult to position the measuring device. For such cases, I have designed this angle measuring device.
The protractor is relatively small, the maximum length is 90mm, and the measurement is made with a movable arm. The arm can be adjusted so that a minimum measuring length of 12 mm is sufficient for a 90 degree angle and a length of 16 mm for an angle of 135 degrees. The position of the measuring arm can be fixed with the locking screw.
__Printing:__
As everything is very small, you can consider using a 0.3mm nozzle for the protractor, i printed it with a 0.4 nozzle.
__Post printing:__
To ensure the most accurate measurement possible, the play between the parts should be close to zero. The easiest way to achieve this is to rework the shim.
