Angled Picatinny Riser - 0.5° and 1°

I've modified it to take m5x30 screws instead of the original m4, as well as an optional mod making it a cm shorter to accommodate the sight I'm using more aesthetically. I also did a few under-the-hood tweaks and cleaned up some geometry.
