For assembly, simply glue the things together. the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is recommended to print with TPU or other flexible filaments. Make sure to scale cytoplasm and others.stl and cell membrane.stl up a little bit so that it will fit the other stuff well. Scale the ER the same as cell membrane.stl and cytoplasm and others.stl . Follow that and the parts should go together. The instruction file is what the numbers mean. Cytoplasm v4 is optimized, and for it you have to have the ribosomes at about 250% scale. I did 248%.
