AnkerMake M5 accessories kit

A couple of things that improved my printing experience with AnkerMake M5.

(This is a Remix, but I couldn't use the "remix" function, as it only works when it feels like it, see screenshot)

## Parts:

1. A hook to mount things to the top of the printer, see picture. One for vertical mount, two for horizontal. FreeCad file attached as well.
