Another Ender 3 Dial Indicator Holder

Had my Ender 3 a week and found all the totally awesome Dial Indicator Holders. Alas, none of them fit my Harbor Freight Digital Dial Indicator the way I wanted. My indicator has the lug on the back and a 3/8" shank.

This holder is a mismatch of just about all of the existing ones I found here with modifications to fit this particular dial indicator placing the probe a bit closer to the nozzle of the printer.

UPDATE: I reduced the radii in the corners and made it a bit smaller. It now has a much better grip on the fan.


UPDATE 2: Replaced the .stp file. The corner radius on the lower right was contacting the bed just before the nozzle. This has been removed. I will print one and verify the fit soon, but all should be good.

I also uploaded the gcode I use to move the indicator around the bed 2 times. it waits for you to push the knob in each location. I made this by looking at some of the files others have written. It's pretty close I think.
