Another Mini Spool

Designed this over a year before I'm uploading it, so I can't say much for certain about it. Weighs (I think) ~40g, holds (I think) ~250g. Has room to put a label for the filament on it, or write it with sharpie. Compatible with this nice rewinder [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4825454). Pretty sure I'm even uploading the right files.
