Another minimal cargo cage

The evolution of minimal bikepacking cargo cage. I needed to mount stuff where I don't have any bosses, so I made it invertible. If mounted inverted with straps to the frame, the holes together with M5 nuts can be used to mount anything else with regular bottle mount screws (if short enough).
