Another PTFE 4-in-1 Adapter

After building some Python AMS devices wanted a way to mount the 4-in-1 PTFE adapter to use for the bypass function/feature for the P1, X1, & H2D printers. There are couple of options available, none of them did quite what/how I was looking to mount an adaptor. I owe jzoycelee's magnetic mounting bracket and _Panda_'s 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter v1.5 a thank you and shoutout for inspiration/idea to make what I needed/wanted to have. I didn't want to mount the adapter via magnets and could not have a mount interfere with the purge chute screw (as it is in use by the poop chute). The P1 - X1 profile has a fat and slim option - I needed a fat option to align with my AMS Hub Cover & Relocation mount.The H2D profile consist of double mount that can be mounted in a couple of different orientations and or locations. I have mounted it so that it is directly above the poop chute and using the screw that aligns with the screw slot.
