Another Simple Tube Squeezer

I had been thinking I needed one of these for a while. I like the original design and it's absolute simplicity. A couple thoughts popped up and I made a couple variations.

This model is a single design with a 60 mm slot width. If you need one that is wider or narrower, you can scale it in the X direction by (DESIRED WIDTH/60) or get the original model, which has many of them already scaled over a wide range.

I tightened up the slot with by 5% so it fit tightly on the brand of tubes I use. Some tubes are thicker, so print a partial test piece and adjust Y by +5% or more as required.

I added a slot to hold the empty tube, and removed the taper of the slot on the bottom side. I had an occasion where the bottom slot taper wouldn't print using the EXTERNAL PERIMETERS FIRST setting in Slic3r because the adjacent perimeter was too far away to bond to the thread being extruded.
