I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I whipped up a simple bracket that fits a 1/2" emt conduit (http://www.homedepot.com/p/item/100400405) and uses little rings that fit snugly on the ends to keep it from falling off. The inner screw might be tough without a finger screwdriver or wrench type screwdriver, but I'm sure it could be done.
