Ant Farm

UPDATE: Added fixed version of side parts, so the tube has a much tighter fit.

An ant nest with optional sides with grids. You need 2 acrylic sheets (2mm x 160mm x 160mm). The entrances are for tubes with an inner / outer diameter of 12/16mm. Choose a filling that suits your ants.

Glue the sides and the bottom part together. The top part is a little bit tighter, you don't have to glue it (but you can ;) ). The straw is to keep the filling moist (you may stitch some holes in it), if you don't need it, stuff it with cotton wool or something similar.
