Ant Trap

This is an ant trap for the tiny house ants. Put a pea size drop of honey and equal amount of borax in the middle of the trap body and mix together. Screw the lid on. Place lid-up where the ants like to walk.

You may add a tiny dab of honey on one of the holes to invite the ants inside.

Ants should start to gather in a large crowd around the container. Wait for about 12-24 hours. The ants will be gone.

If the ants walk on a wall, you can scotch the container to the wall. To prevent honey from flowing out, use a little scotch tape inside and orient the container using the small bump on the side of the container.

I've made a second container that is easier to attach to the wall and that has a protection to prevent the honey from flowing out.
