I made this design to help me organize the radial wires for my ham radio antennas, which are always coming out of my antenna bag in a nest, no matter how carefully I wind them up.
The design idea came from a set I saw in a commercial portable antenna kit, so I hopped into Fusion 360 to fire off my own similar version.
In this size it will take a radial of about 33ft of small gauge wire. You can scale it up lengthwise with bigger horns if your radials are longer.
I printed these in dark blue PLA+ in "draft" at .2 layer height, and a brim, but it would probably print just fine with only a skirt. Approximate print time on my printer with these settings, 2.5 hours each.
