Printed upright (standing barrel) with supports.
Small "eyes" on the side are used to loop electrical wire thru and this way pulls both collar halves together.
9 volt battery or some other DC power will do.
If the selected plant has a smaller stem than this, remix or, fill the void with some sponge or so.
