A simple yet effective way to stack the ACE pro or ACE 2 Pro units which allows an easy way to access each without the need to man-handle each just to manage filaments.
All of my prints for the big items were either on a Kobra 2 Max or the Kobra 3 Max.
Material chosen was PLA, but any will do.
Recommend using 4 walls and 30% or more in-fill to enable a stronger build as the individual units themselves are likely to come close to 5Kg.
I have tested the top ACE Pro unit with 4 fresh Filament rolls and the whole build did not topple over.
I also used a 19 mm diameter wood dowel for the base mounts into to not allow flexing in this space and to lock the whole stacker assembly to the desk. I did try a 3D printed version and it flexed too much for my liking.
Some 8mm M3 screws help to prevent the rear back support from moving and a few time screws to lock the wood dowel to avoid issues.
The whole assembly is likely to take a good week to print entirely, so be prepared to wait.
