UPDATE: High quality version. Now I'm more familiar with my CAD program ;-)
This is a more stable version of the thing here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3363489.
It fits better for me (and maybe for someone else), as I used countersunk head screws (M3x8) to fix this cable guide beneath the hotbed.
Installation:
Remove the cable tie beneath the hotbed and use the two holes for the two screws and fix them with two nuts by removing the bottom cover of the Anycubic i3 Mega.
Why?
The leveling knobs of my printer were manipulated when the hotbed moves over the cable for the hotbed. The cable guide moves the cable away from the leveling knob.
Recommendation:
For stability reasons, I printed this thing with a layer height of 0.04 mm and a infill of 100%.
