Anycubic Kossel Plus Inductive auto level probe mount

Inductive probe mount for Anycubic Kosel Delta Plus. Fusion 360 file included, changes/improvements welcome.

In Marlin I have the following offsets:

```

Which works fine directly of 5V on the Z-Min
