I had trouble with the bed on my Anycubic Mega not staying level and having to constantly adjust it after every print. My theory is that the springs don't provide enough pressure to keep the adjustment nuts from backing off with all the vibrations during printing. The v4 file is designed to embed the nylock nuts, see below for details.

My solution was to use nuts with nylon inserts(Nylock). Of course since they're only 3mm I needed to design an adjuster that would fit over the nut.

Inserting the nut into the adjuster requires some pressure, I found it easiest to flip the adjuster over and press it onto the nut on my desk. Makes a nice snug fit.

Requires 4x M3 Nylock nuts. You can find them here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BD24MXV/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_dJ.JCb14V6BG4

You may be able to get some in smaller quantities locally, they don't seem to be a common size though.

UPDATE 03/20/19: Added an additional design, I found the gear adjuster to be a bit sharp and hard
